The Riverfront Research Park's sites and facilities are available to technology-based companies interested in locating in close proximity to and collaborative association with the research capabilities of the University of Oregon. The Research Park offers science, technology and research-oriented companies from diverse fields the following space and site leasing opportunities:

Riverfront Innovation Center for Start-Ups The Riverfront Innovation Center provides research and lab space for emerging technology-based companies to develop their ideas and technologies. To assist new ventures, the Innovation Center offers attractive rental rates, suites ranging in size from 110 to 1,000 square feet, and flexible terms including rentals on a month-to-month basis. Established companies can construct and own their own building or lease a build-to-suit facility. There currently are two building sites, available under long-term (50+ years) ground leases, in the Riverfront Research Park. 1700 Millrace Drive: 3.74 acre development-ready site, with existing street, utilities, subdivision and related approvals, located along the beautiful and historic Millrace waterway and bike path linking into the South Bank Trail system. The property can accommodate a two-to-four story 50-60,000 square foot building with associated parking.

The City of Eugene owns a site, available for purchase, strategically located at the entrance to the Riverfront Research Park and across from the main entrance to the UO campus.
